The UK Ministry of Defence awarded a contract valued at 273,600 GBP for the provision of a fuel delivery support system, including a 960L fuel trailer, and AVGAS aviation fuel to support the Northern Ireland University Air Squadron (NIUAS) at FS Aldergrove, where three Grob Tutor 115E aircraft are permanently based. The contract addresses the squadron's requirement for AVGAS uplift based on the Annual Flying Task (AFT) plus surge capacity, up to 1100 litres per financial year, under CPV code 63712600 for vehicle refuelling services. It was published as a tender opportunity in 2022 and awarded by 24 February 2023.
