Tactical lights for police force in Nordic countries

National Police Board [Poliisihallitus, NPB] in Finland, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, shall, together with the police in Norway and Sweden (the police in Iceland and Denmark will confirm their participation during the process), is planning to enter into agreements for the procurement of tactical lights in the beginning of the next year. Please note, that this is a preliminary market consultation and not a call for tenders. Our aim at this point is to gather information from the market. There will be some questions to be answered. Suppliers can also give us information and suggestions outside of those questions. The purpose of the upcoming procurement is to enter into agreements for purchasing different kind of tactical lights to the procuring participants. The information provided in this notice is preliminary and may change during the preparation phase. Participation or non‑participation in this market consultation does not affect eligibility to participate in the tender procedure. At this point the upcoming procurement (and further contract) is divided into these lots: 1.) Flashlights and headlamps 2.) Working lights 3.) Special lights 4.) Own team identification lights 5.) Shield light This is a preliminary subvision into lots and may change during the process. Suppliers are able to choose in which lot they will submit the tender, it is not obligatory to tender all of the lots. Contracting Authority will make the contract award decision separately into every lot. The contract will be awarded to one Supplier based on a comparison of tenders.
