Supply of hardware and software equipment for the project 'USAMV CN-DIGITAL CONNECTING: Improving University Education Quality through Digital Development', grouped into 2 lots: Lot 1 and Lot 7

The contracting authority wishes to purchase the following equipment within the project "USAMV CN-DIGITAL CONNECTING: Increasing the quality of university education through digital development": Lot 1. Multirole drone package with LIDAR + accessories + software, 1 unit; Lot 7. Hardware and software equipment for cow monitoring, 1 unit. The total estimated value is 638,799.57 lei without VAT, broken down as follows: Lot 1. Multirole drone package with LIDAR + accessories + software = 472,351.27 lei; Lot 7. Hardware and software equipment for cow monitoring = 166,448.30 lei. The contract duration is 4 months. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the Contracting Authority has established that the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The Contracting Authority will respond 10 days prior to the deadline for submitting offers to all clarification requests submitted by economic operators 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
