Lot 2 - Non-Intrusive Marine and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) Surveys 2024 - Tipner West Regeneration Project

Portsmouth City Council is procuring non-intrusive marine surveys and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) surveys to support the Tipner West Regeneration Project, a major mixed-use waterfront development planned for Portsmouth Harbour that will include over 3,500 new homes and a marine employment campus. The surveys are designed to investigate site conditions while minimizing environmental impact, particularly given the site's designation within protected wildlife areas including a Special Protection Area and Ramsar site.
