The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of audio/video equipment, recording studios, hybrid and presentation halls, including delivery and installation at the institutions' locations, with the aim of implementing a comprehensive modernization program for Croatian higher education called "e-Universities." Additionally, the procurement includes training, the creation of written instructions and video content for self-learning, as well as strengthening team capacities.
