Procurement of Equipment for the Rehabilitation and Expansion…

The subject of this procedure is the acquisition of equipment for the rehabilitation and expansion of the hydrometric station network, which is used to maintain navigation conditions on the Romanian sector of the Danube, as part of the HyQ2 project. This is in accordance with the requirements outlined in the tender specifications – Section II of the award documentation. The deadline for potential bidders to submit requests for clarification regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline set for submitting offers. The contracting authority's deadline to respond to these clarification requests is 12 days before the deadline set for submitting offers. In accordance with Article 29, paragraph 3 of the Annex to Government Decision no. 394/2016, the contracting entity will only respond to clarification requests submitted by economic operators by the aforementioned deadline.
