Quick decision context for procurement relevance and maturity.
i) Analyze the compatibility of the airspace in the vicinity of Canarias Stratoport for HAPS & UAS with Fuerteventura Airport and its impact on the ATZ/CTR. ii) Analyze different airspace structure alternatives that best suit the current and future operational needs of Canarias Stratoport for HAPS & UAS and its surroundings, across all layers, from low-altitude operations to stratospheric flight levels of 60,000 feet, FL600. iii) Based on the selected airspace structure proposals, design and prepare all necessary documentation for their processing with the competent authorities and, where applicable, approval and publication. iv) Evaluate airspace risks (Airspace Risk Assessment - ARA) for the designation of a U-space volume in the vicinity of Canarias Stratoport for HAPS & UAS. v) Analyze the needs and state-of-the-art to define the technical requirements for specific advanced equipment necessary to fully enable the Canarias Stratoport for HAPS & UAS infrastructure for the operations to be carried out, such as: high-altitude meteorological prediction and measurement systems; requirements for light UAS hangars, ground-to-air and ground-to-ground communication systems, UAS tracking systems, or counter-unauthorized UAS systems (C-UAS). vi) Design and draft the contingency and emergency response plan, which will include the corresponding contingency and emergency procedures.
